I know this is mean, but I almost hope that some one took the bike, or at least moved it to another near by location just to teach the owner a lesson. The purpose of a bicycle lock is to lock the bike to place where no one can steal it. By using a pole like this totally defeats the purpose don't you agree?

Where I grew up in Colo. Spgs, that bike would be gone in 2 minutes, or else you'd come back to just the body, the tires would be gone. lol
Where I live now, people don't even bother locking their bikes.
Hmmmn. I will take a picture of bikes and motorbikes parking area here in our place one time...Lots of that!
But yeah, that one is not really a parking area for bikes, isn't it?
